Stephen Curry Trying To ‘Destroy The Other Team’s Soul’ – Despite the numbers Curry has been putting up, he’s affecting the game of basketball in other ways. He’s actually sacrificing for the team. On Saturday, he forced a Corey Joseph turnover to seal Golden State’s 21st victory.  And before Curry rained down 44 points in the Warriors’ 112-109 win over the Toronto Raptors on Saturday, Golden State Warriors Center, Andrew Bogut answered questions from reporters.  “No,” he said, “He and his teammates don’t find themselves simply standing around and watching the MVP.”  [See Video Coverage]

“It’s usually a two- or three-minute spurt,” Bogut said. “It’s not like Steph’s dribbling down and shooting parking-lot 3s all game. He can sense when it’s [time], he’ll move the ball early on usually, he’ll find a sense that he can break the game, just destroy the other team’s soul and that’s what he goes for.”  Read more…
