Did Rapper Blac Youngsta Even Have a Wells Fargo Bank Account to Withdraw $200K from?
The rapper Blac Youngsta whose real name is Sam Benson, made headlines last week when he claimed he was detained by Atlanta police after making a $200,000 withdrawal from his Wells Fargo Bank account at 3235 Peachtree Road on Friday.
Blac Youngsta was confronted by police last week outside an Atlanta location of the bank after they received a 911 call because someone tried to cash a forged check. Blac Youngsta was found with a large amount of cash in his hand and he said he had just finished making a withdrawal from his account at the bank.
Benson told 11Alive News that he was stopped by police after he withdrew a large amount of cash from his account.
“They come bum rushing me at the car, put me on the ground, putting guns to my head, so I’m like ‘What I’d do,’” Benson said. “A lady was like I’m not supposed to have…$200,000 on me. I’m like, ‘I’m a millionaire. How can I not have $200,000 on me?’” (RAW VIDEO: Watch the interview)
