Forbes released its 18th-annual list of Best Places for Business and Careers and Raleigh metro placed No. 3 on the list out of 200 metro areas.
Forbes reported that Raleigh’s “business costs are 17% below the national average and 44% the capital city’s adult population has a college degree.” Durham scored 48th on the list with a high education metric rank.
Raleigh’s recognition on Forbes list of Best Places for Business and Careers marks the 13th year in a row that the Raleigh metro has placed in a top three spot.
