Stacey Dash, 50, signed a contract with Fox News in 2014 and today, it was reported by the Hill that ‘The Black Girl’ (the title allegedly received from former Fox CEO Roger Ailes), gets the boot from Right Wing news channel, Fox News.
Fox declined to renew contracts for several contributors and Stacey Dash was among those who had their spots replaced by a U.K. Independence Party leader, and outspoken supporter of President Trump, Nigel Farage.
Dash was often seen on the afternoon program, Outnumbered where she made a number of questionable comments that upset and offended many in the black community. Her ill advised comments about gender and sexual orientation, race, and speaking out against the Black Lives Matter movement never set quite well with other African Americans. She is remembered for saying that the gender pay gap doesn’t really exist. And she called Jesse Williams a “Hollywood plantation slave” after his of his speech at the 2016 BET Awards.
Below Dash joins ‘The O’Reilly Factor’ to discuss presidential politics and her new book ‘There Goes My Social Life: From Clueless to Conservative’
