Chris Paul and Blake Griffin Opt Out and Become Free Agents

Chris Paul and Blake Griffin have notified the Clippers front office they will opt out and not pick up player options in their contracts for next season. The decision allows both players to become unrestricted free agents as soon as July 1.

Despite the move and do to the Clippers financial situation, the team could still sign Paul and Griffin.
