Before gaining her fitness certification a few years ago, Misa Masters was a proud mom who weighed well over 200lbs. She initially started going to the gym, but never noticed any results.
I got a gym membership and decided I was going to whip myself into shape. I worked out but my workouts didn’t look like the fitness model in the magazine fold out and neither did my results. I saw the trainers at the gym work with the same people over and over and they weren’t getting any results either.
Feeling frustrated with her lack of results, she decided to get certified to help herself and others. Her goal was to provide quality and effective personal training for clients.
