Tori Kelly, Robin Thicke, and Ne-Yo Pay Tribute to Smokey Robinson-
According to Hollywood Life: Smokey Robinson watched with delight as some of today’s hottest young artists, including Tori Kelly and Ne-Yo, performed his greatest hits. So cool!
Smokey Robinson, 75, was the recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2015 BET Awards, and he received an incredible tribute to go with it! It all started with Tori Kelly, who was followed by Robin Thicke and Ne-Yo, to sing Smokey’s classics.
What an amazing performance by all! Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better than Smokey himself, three young artists took the stage to show him how important his music is to the world. For starters, Tori performed his hit “Who’s Lovin’ You,” showing off her incredible powerhouse vocals. The audience was on their feet in applause!

Last but certainly not least, Ne-Yo came out and shut down the house with “The Tears Of A Clown.” This was the best way to end the medley, bringing the beat up a notch just before Smokey himself graced the stage to accept his Lifetime Achievement Award. Incredible!
